Choose your Plan
& Pay
LifeUno Team will send you a link via email and SMS on your mobile number. Click on choose your Plan and make the payment.

Complete KYC & Get your MRN
You will now be required to submit your KYC document(s). As part of 2-factor authentication, you will be required to verify your email ID and then you will allotted a membership registration number (MRN).

KYC Verification & Registration
Your KYC will be verified at the backend by our staff, and post that; you will be accepted as a verified Member within three business days.

Submit Your Health Record
LifeUno Team will send you a link simultaneously with Step 4 (above) via email. Click on the link and submit your Health Form for assessment by our expert team comprising the Specialists to prepare your Personalised Care Plan. Congratulations! You are now LifeUno ready.
